Diet? a very familiar word isn’t it? I know, eating healthy food and maintain your health and body isn’t always easy. I know that every girl and boy really go through that word isn’t it? If you shed pound to fast, you’ Also lose muscle,bone and water instead of fat. The academy also gave an advice that Aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week and avoid a really extreme diet and need to work woth a doctor to make sure that you stay healthy and get the nutrition that you need.
And then, eat protein,fat, carbohydrates and vegetable.
Your meal should include protein, fat, carbohydrates and vegetable.
Why include carbohydrates? Many people said that carbohydrates make you fat. But, actually we need carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are important because they contain a lot of nutrients fibre, and vitamin. Carbohydrates wil actually make you live longer.
Third, Drink water a half hour before meals.
Why we should drimk water a half and hour before meals? One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44%. It will help your digestion!! Isn’t it a really good thing? And you can drink one hour after you eat your meal, it will help make the body absorb the nutrients really well. Great?!
Next, Keep healthy food around, in case you get hungry.
